Reservations
Reservation and Inquiries should be addressed to our office by
phone, facsimile, or electronic mail. Reservations should be made
as early as possible with detailed arrival and departure dates,
itinerary flight schedule, hotel choices or alternatives, group size
etc.
Confirmation
All reservations or Inquiry requests are normally confirmed by
return email. If an immediate confirmation is not possible the
booking status will be advised immediately.
Payment
Full payment by Bank Transfer is required two weeks before
commencement of service at the first destination point. Except
during our peak season, when an earlier deposit may be requested. Failure to comply with these conditions could result in cancellation of
all reservations and arrangements without notice.

Cancellation
Cancellation fees will not be levied by TravelCo Bali. However, airlines, hotels or other service providers may impose a fee on cancellation of reservations.
Refund
All refunds will be subject to the policy conditions of hotels,
restaurants, carriers etc. We have a Non Refund policy in the case of a no-show and reservations or services not utilized by
any member of a tour.
Responsibility
TravelCo Bali serves only as the agent of all passengers in matters
relating to hotel accommodation, tours or transportation whether by aircraft, ship, or motor coach and any other transportation requirements and, as such, shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage which may occur, but undertakes to exercise all reasonable care in
making such arrangements.
Travel Insurance
It is advised that all travelers should purchase adequate travel insurance at the time
of booking flights and/or tours.
